ABOUT THE POSITION
GTN Technical Staffing is currently seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer to join a close-knit software engineering team in Beaverton. The UX Designer will help drive the conceptualization of a "single pane of glass" portal, giving customers a view into the company's three lines of business: content acceleration, cloud computing, and cloud voice. Capabilities of the portal include service ordering, provisioning, administration, management, monitoring, trouble ticket, and billing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Frequent interaction with product management and marketing fully understand the business requirements
- Development of multiple wireframes and process flows for early concept testing
- Creation of working prototypes using HTML, CSS, CGI scripts, and simple JavaScript, if necessary
- Soliciting feedback of prototypes via questionnaires, focus groups, etc.
- Modifying wireframes and prototypes based on feedback
- Delivery of easy-to-integrate HTML and CSS to the coders for production implementation
- Maintenance of UX-related documentation and specifications

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience in the following skill sets

- UX/GUI Development - HTML/CSS (Expert-Level)
- CGI Scripting - (Java or PHP or Ruby or Python)
- JavaScript
- Agile Methodology
- Able to provide design portfolio.
