Randstad Professionals is currently looking for User Experience Research Assistant to join their international IT company in Zurich, Switzerland for a 6 months contract
This person will design and implement different types of research studies (lab-based usability studies, field studies and also surveys).
Collaboration with product teams is a main part of the role, as well as ensuring effective representation of research findings. Depending on results from research, possible solutions will be implemented.
Requirements:
-BA/BS degree in either Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Information Science or any equivalent.
-Great analytic ability (user behavior observation)
-Strong presentation skills
A plus:
-Business applications, Online ads, retail or web technology
