User Experience Designer - Retail Bank - London

USER EXPERIENCE DESIGNER - LONDON - £450 PER DAY

Our client, a well known UK Retail Bank is seeking an experienced USER EXPERIENCE DESIGNER to join an exciting digital transformation project. 

You will work within the Business Analysis & Solution Design Team and be responsible for - -          Creating enjoyable and fulfilling user journeys which meet the needs of the users as well as aligning with the business goals

-          Creating user experiences for digital journeys across a variety of platforms (desktop, tablet, phone)

CORE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

-          Provide detailed plans of UX work required for a project
-          Where relevant, review existing digital solutions and provide expert user experience analysis. This should include highlighting the good and bad points as well as providing quick wins and long term improvement recommendations
-          Work with the technical solution owners to design solutions which are feasible
-          Take ownership of and define the user experience using scamps, wireframes, prototypes, sitemaps and user journeys
-          Communicate the user experience to the business owners for approval
-          Communicate the user experience to visual designers in order for the final look and feel to be created
-          Communicate the user experience solution to the development team using a detailed UI specification
-          Support the build/test team during the build phase to answer any outstanding questions
-          A good understanding of user research and user testing methods, with the ability to use the outcomes of these methods as well as the ability to carry out or recommend when to use these methods

TO BE CONSIDERED YOU WILL BE AN EXPERIENCED UX DESIGNER WITH FINANCIAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE. IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE WORKED ON A BUSINESS CHANGE PROJECTS WITHIN A RETAIL BANK.
