User Experience Designer

A leading Financial Services company based in CBD is seeking a User Experience Designer for a 12 month contract. Work on core web design, mobile app development and basic Front End design.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create effective UX designs for a range of products
- Deliver the optimal experience to customers on web, mobile and tablets
- Work collaboratively with a team of user experience (UX) specialists on research, strategy and design in a User-Centred Design environment

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 3 years experience in a User Experience (UX) Design role
- Minimum 2 years experience working within the banking and financial services sector
- Demonstrated experience across a range of platforms: mobile, web and tablets
- Knowledge and experience using HTML5, CSS3, PHP, JavaScript, IOS and Android
- Demonstrated ability in innovative thinking and design
- Proficient in user-centered design methods and techniques
- Excellent communication skills
