User Experience Architect

Our client, a leading mobile app agency, are looking for a User Experience Architect to join their team ASAP.

The role

They are looking for a talented and ambitious freelance User Experience Architect to join the design team at their London office. Working within a talented production team, you will be creating and implementing a world-class user experience for one of the UK's largest financial organisations.

Responsibilities will include:

o Gathering client and user requirements and discussing best user practices in brainstorm meetings.
o Developing and presenting proposed user journeys and wireframes internally and to Grapple's client.
o Participating in project kick-off meetings briefing in Visual Designers and Developers.
o Carry out User Experience testing of the apps they have worked on whilst it is in the build stage.

Who you are

o You have been designing professionally in a commercial environment for a minimum of 3 years and have the portfolio to demonstrate your experience.
o You are a dynamic practitioner who understands the users' needs and objectives and can translate these into digital experiences.
o Experience working in mobile design, web, product or game design.
o Experience working with either iPhone or Android user interfaces is essential.
o An Omnigraffle and/or MS Visio wizard. Knowledge and understanding of interactive prototyping is preferred.
o A tech savvy creative with a passion for emerging technologies and cross platform devices, including mobile, tablets and apps.
o Ability to present work directly to clients; you will be articulate, creative, innovative and must have a passion and desire to grow and share our clients' offering.
