USER ADOPTION, MANAGER (Manager)
Location: London
Salary: Competitive

We're currently hiring a User Adoption Manager (Manager) to support the delivery of the user adoption strategy for all internal IT project initiatives, led by the User Adoption Senior Manager. The User Adoption function covers projects ranging from internal mobile initiatives to SAAS implementations. You will work closely with Project Managers, Business Architects, Business Stakeholders and Business Users to ensure user adoption is embedded into the delivery process right from project inception whilst at the same time ensuring adoption and productivity within the new IT systems.

As a User Adoption Manager you will act as a champion of change to promote new ways of working and secure adoption of new IT delivered applications. You will be able to facilitate relationships between all project stakeholders globally and engage with them on specific projects.

This is a 1 year fixed-term contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE User Adoption Manager (Manager):

• To assess organisational and process impacts; impact on employees' roles and responsibilities
• Design future working processes in collaboration with the Project Manager and relevant BRD
• Define and articulate the project vision to end users and communicate on the expected benefits of the application in collaboration with Business stakeholders, Project Manager and Business Architecture team
• Ensure user feedback is collected during requirements gathering phase and feedback to Product Owners, Business Architecture and Business Stakeholders
• Help define governance, identify and engage all stakeholders in collaboration with the BRDs
• Define the support model for launch and BAU with the GSD
• Establish the champions' network; work with them to embed new applications within the business
• Ensure user adoption is embedded in the project plan; organise the project roll-out; help shape the project plan in collaboration with the Project Manager
• Implement training / education approach & plan and train the trainers.
• Implement a communications approach/plan to deliver this to all project stakeholders and end users in collaboration with Internal Communications.
• Define KPIs and other metrics to monitor user adoption and monitor it.

• Implement new processes and sustainable governance to support tools and new processes in collaboration with the business and the GSD
• Ensure new tools/systems continue to be used, gather feedback & contribute this to the evolution of these tools (6 month-review post launch)
• Maintain relationships with the champions
• Maintain communications regarding the tools to the end users, alongside the service owner and the vendors

PERSONAL PROFILE FOR THE User Adoption Manager (Manager) ROLE:

• Proven experience in delivering User Adoption, Business transformation or Change Management global IT initiatives.
• Passionate about applying social techniques to User Adoption and able to provide insight on emerging best practices that will support the development of the competency.
• Experience in forming strong relationships within the work environment
• Experience in Training Delivery and Communications
• Knowledge of tools such as Office 365, SAP, Cisco Jabber, Webex, Salesforce a plus
