USER ADMINISTRATORS
For our bank customer we are looking for several User Administrators.
The consultant MUST know the local language and English
The consultants will help the UA team in ITSS to grant/remove access of users in Nordea. The work is very important from a security perspective. Needed skills of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
You are a technical skilled User Administrator, interested in IT Security field of business. Your strength is your customer focus, service mind-set and integrity.
You have a minimum of High School diploma and experiences from a similar position are valued.
You are familiar with ITIL framework Access management and Request fulfilment is well known to you.
You are able to handle many parallel tasks and thrive with the diversity in the UA tasks. New tasks are quickly learned and you are not afraid of asking for guidance.
You work structured and pay attention to details.
In Nordea our basis desktop platform is built on Microsoft technology with Windows 7, Office 2010, Lync, etc. and you must be familiar with Windows 7 and Office 2010 in large implementations.
