User Access Management Expert - Brussels - 3 Months

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As User Access Management Expert, you are responsible to enable our client to manage user access control in compliance with the User Access Control Minimum Standard and other relevant regulatory requirements (e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley), by implementing the user access management processes covering the lifecycles of identities and authorizations (based on role-based access control). In addition, you will efficiently support the business in managing its accesses and establish strong relationship with user access management stakeholders, as well internal as external.

•You establish and maintain governance regarding user access management, by clearly describing roles and responsibilities of the various stakeholders within the organization.
•You design and implement the user access management processes (UAMP), covering Identity management, Authentication management and Authorization management based on role-based access control, throughout the lifecycle of identities and authorizations.
•You ensure compliance with the applicable user access control framework (internal security policies and minimum standards, regulatory requirements such as Sarbanes-Oxley...).
•You advice and support asset owners and IT custodians in managing access to their assets and implementing role-based access control whenever possible.
•You establish strong partnership with user access stakeholders, both internal and external

REQUIREMENTS:

- You are very communicative, diplomatic but at all times aiming for results
- You are able to organize in a structured and efficient way the relations with the various user access stakeholders
- You have a good ear for client needs; all the same you are capable of finding a balance between your client requirements and IT efficiency
- You are a team player, yet able to work autonomously.

And you also have...

•You have a Master degree (or equivalent experience), preferably with a specialisation in IT and more specifically in user access control technologies.
•Ideally you have experience in process definition and implementation.
•You have at minimum a general knowledge of the banking industry
•You speak perfectly Dutch and/or French, and you are fluent in English
•Optionally you hold a certification such as CISM and/or CISSP or equivalent.
