USER ACCESS CONTROL MANAGER - BANKING - LONDON

A leading Investment bank require a User Access Control/UAC Manager to manage the control and audit of all aspects of access to the UK IT environment including application accounts, domain accounts and account privileges. The role is to provide overall management and direction in respect to the best practices for UAC. The role will be responsible for maintaining and improving the current policy, procedures and controls to manage access.

Responsibilities:

- To understand UK IT Security policy at group level particularly that relating to UAC and to ensure that UK UAC are aligned to this.
- To use ISARs and related tools to enforce approved access to the clients systems at application and role level through automation of permissioning, regular reconciliation and periodic employee audits
- To ensure integrity of ISARs and reconciliation process
- To promote ISARs as the central access control tool for UK systems and police this
- To on-boarding new systems to ISARS and ensure role classification and alignment

Experience:

- The role requires a good understanding of best practice in the field of Access control
- Required CISSP/CISM (Desirable)
- Experience implementing role based Access control systems in a large complex environments
- Experience in the management of complex user request workflows
- Experience in user access management in a large complex environment
- Proven management experience
