User Acceptance Test Coordinator (UAT) - f/m

Harvey Nash are a global Professional Services provider in the areas of Technology and Engineering Recruitment and Outsourcing. For our client, a global Telecommunications company we are looking for a User Acceptance Test Coordinator (UAT). (f/m)

PROJECT START: asap

PROJECT LENGTH: 6 Months++

LOCATION : Prague

RESPONSIBILITIES :

-Test and record results of agent software, web tools and related applications; and proactively look for potential quality or usability issues
-Work closely with Product and Business Analysts to understand requirements and use cases in order to identify deficiencies or tasks for PCI remediation
-Follow test plans and scripts and record results
-Interface with 3rd parties on requirements, testing, and problem troubleshooting, as needed
-Coordinate with Market Management, Operations Support, Product and PCI Program teams to escalate issues of a technical and business nature
-Experience communicating across cross disciplined teams, such as facilitating communication between technical and non-technical resources
-Partner with senior business leaders on identifying business challenges and provide relevant data-driven insight Skills/Experience
-Basic understanding of PCI, PIIA or HIPPA compliance a plus
-Experience across a broad range of applications and technologies a plus
-Experience in a call center environment a plus

LANGUAGES :

-Very good English is required for team communication and documentation.
