Usability Specialist - Brussels - 361 Euros per day

My Client an Investment Bank based in BRUSSELS, requires an USABILITY SPECIALIST.

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supporting business analysts in following a user-centered approach to the design of new services for our customers

Definition of standards to ensure consistency and coherence of the different channels through which we serve our customers

Setting up and running usability tests

Setting up and running card sorting tests

TYPICAL DELIVERABLES:

Expert review of flows and interfaces designs

Usability testing report

EDUCATION:

Masters degree level in Ergonomics, Usability or Human Computer Interaction

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

SOFT SKILLS:

Analytical and structured thinking

Team player

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 2 years professional experience

Experience working in the financial domain a plus

BUSINESS EXPERIENCE

MANDATORY:

Experience in doing expert reviews of interfaces, working in sprints and running usability tests required

Experience working on Web sites and mobile applications highly desirable

Knowledge of wire-framing and card sorting is a plus

LANGUAGE:

Good French, Dutch and English.
