What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct usability tests on new product experiences with IT staff, admins and end users
- Perform heuristic evaluations on prototype samples and competitive solutions
- Develop issues lists and write usability test reports
- Share results through brown-bag sessions with other UX team members and Product Management groups
- Partner with designers to create solutions that resolve experience issues as well as drive future high value experiences
- Partner with other user experience researchers to conduct early Front End research eg, surveys, cognitive walkthroughs, focus groups, site visits
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Factors or related field with equivalent work experience in usability research and focus group moderation acceptable
- Three to five (3 - 5) years in conducting usability tests across various product lines, with demonstrated skill in collecting and analysing human behavioral data
- Proven ability to work within tight timelines and with excellent project management skills
- Must be outgoing, self-driven and motived, enthusiastic and passionate person
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to conduct in-home/in-office site visits and develop user experience frameworks a bonus
- Social/Cognitive Psychology fields of study preferred
- Master's degree in Psychology, Human Factors or related field preferable
