Usability Expert (Brussels)

A contributing characteristic to our customer satisfaction is the innovative products and services we provide, as well as the ease of use of our interfaces.
We are looking for a Usability expert to help us in supporting project teams deliver easy to use interfaces for our customer and efficient interfaces for branch
employees to support them increase customer satisfaction.

Function Description
Responsibilities:
Supporting business analysts in following a user-centred approach to the design of new services for our customers
Definition of standards to ensure consistency and coherence of the different channels through which we serve our customers
Setting up and running usability tests
Setting up and running card sorting tests

Typical deliverables:
Expert review of flows and interfaces designs
Usability testing report

Je profiel: Required knowledge / Experience

Education
Master degree level in Ergonomics, Usability or Human Computer Interaction

Languages Requirement
French Fluent
Dutch Fluent
English Fluent

Experience
Minimum 2 years professional experience in Usability. (Experience working in the financial domain is a plus).

Technical Experience
Mandatory Experience in doing expert reviews of interfaces working in sprints and running usability tests
Experience working on Web sites and mobile applications

Preferable
Knowledge of wire-framing and card sorting a plus
