IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Elaborate interaction concepts and user interface specifications for platform projects together with customer representatives and development teams
-Perform usability tests, documents results and elaborates improvements
-Supports the creation of interaction and usability-related requirements
-Accountable that all regulatory relevant topics are documented, updated and referenced in the official documentation
-Support and guide the project team concerning planning, coordination and execution of a usability engineering process during development from project start to post launch phase
-Support project teams with the application of user-centered design, prototyping and usability methods
-Support project teams to implement the guidelines related to industrial and user interface design
-Work together with external agencies

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Bachelor / Master in Human Computer Interaction Design, Human Factors or related area or profound practical experience in this field
-Fluent in English, German is an advantage
-Experience in the field of visual design or software engineering
-Positive attitude towards people, ability to connect to a wide range of personalities
-High degree of self-organization, active information collector and connector
