Usability Engineer wanted for our Zug area based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR TASKS:
- Supporting HFE/UE activities within development including workflow definition, requirements definition, use-related risk analysis and usability issue management
- Evaluating instructions for use and training procedures
- Generating required documentation, procedure and technical reports in support of daily activities
- Designing formative and summative usability evaluations
- Escalating issues when things are not going according to plan
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Bachelors' degree in a relevant subject
- 1-2 years of work experience in medical, chemical or biological work environments
- Expertise in Human Factor/Usability Engineering (HFE/UE) methods and processes
- Familiarity with US/EU guidance and standards related to HFE/UE and with creation of prototypes using mock-up software (eg Balsamiq, Axure, Pixate) is beneficial
- Languages: fluent ENGLISH and GERMAN both written and spoken
