Usability Design UX Project Manager - Switzerland

Our client, a large international organisation, is looking for a usability project manger to be part of a design thinking team and develop new working tools, improving existing tools and promote design thinking within the organisation.

With a background in usability design, user-centric design methods and prototyping, you will work with users to understand their needs and develop value propositions and product designs. Aiming at improving business tools and increasing business efficiency through their use, you will be proficient in developing storyboards, user scenarios, wireframes as well as UX software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

You will be responsible for managing the implementation of these new tools and solutions from launch through to end-of-life planning to ensure that expected revenue and cost savings have been achieved. You will evaluate new innovation products, propose product strategies and ensure all stakeholder communication is managed throughout.

Strong external vendor management is essential (agencies, vendors, developers) as well as the ability to manage functional teams
