UX Consultant (m/f)

FOR OUR CLIENT, AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION BASED IN MUNICH AND THE HAGUE, WE ARE LOOKING FOR A UX DESIGN CONSULTANT WITH THE FOLLOWING PROFILE:

Relevant education to Masters level
Working in an agile environment
Five years or more experience in the field of UX Design
Knowledge of UX pattern libraries
Knowledge of International Usability and Accessibility standards
Proven track record in UX Design consultancy for business enterprise solutions
Able to operate at a conceptual level
Experience providing coaching and holding workshops
Stakeholder Management
User Requirements elicitation
Experience providing consultancy, ie providing well informed advice
Experience of working with third party integrators (while representing client interests)
Excellent level of English (spoken as well as written).
Experience with government/public-body organisations
Experience in multinational environment
Innovative, responsive, flexible

The work location is flexible between Munich and The Hague - it is likely to start in Munich and later be moved to The Hague.

Candidates to be proposed must be willing to provide 2-3 example artefacts produced in previous assignments to illustrate the quality of their work. These may be anonymised for confidentiality reasons.
