URGENT Yr1 NQT's Teacher │ Hayes │

Capita Education is seeking a Year 1 teacher to join a lovely school in Hayes/ Hillingdon for a long term starting April for the summer term 2014

The schools currently have enthusiastic supportive staff with a 'can do attitude' along with children with good behaviour management achieving great standards educationally. Almost three quarters of the school is Multi cultural with English as their second language.

The successful candidate will be expected to show evidence of:
*QTS (qualified teaching status)
*12 months teaching experience
*the ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in written form
*the ability to plan/organise and monitor the curriculum for a class of pupils of mixed abilities, aptitudes and educational needs
*an ability and willingness to work co-operatively with colleagues, outside agencies and parents
*the ability to lead pupils towards self-discipline, of setting boundaries and ensuring pupils observe these
*The ability to effectively assess pupils' educational progress.
