Urgent Team Lead Ops with a hell of a Helicopter view

Urgently looking for a Team Lead Ops with a hell of a helicopter-view for a rapidly growing software-company with roots in the Energy industry.

I'm looking for a hands-on Leader, who keeps Ops in mind, who knows what it means to work with big environments and small teams. You have the skills to inspire your team and help the platform grow to the next level. You hold scalability and stability of your infrastructure very highly.

Requirements;

- Ability to keep the helicopter-view
- Background and in-depth knowledge of big environments
- Experience with monitoring tools like Zabbix, Nagios or Cacti
- Ability to work with Agile/Kanban methodology (devops)
- Ability to see problems coming, three days before they happen

You should have knowledge about;

- High Availability
