JOB DEFINITION/AIM OF THE JOB

The Digital CMOS IC Designer executes the design of digital circuits of moderate to high complexity in state of the art submicron CMOS IC technologies. Candidate should also be able to lead a small team.

AREA OF EXPERTISE

We are looking for a Digital CMOS IC Designer having the following competences/skills

- Basic knowledge of digital CMOS circuits and systems
- Affinity with analog coaching skills required
- Negotiating skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Project Leader takes care of the communication with the customer and reports the project status to the department management. He/she decides on operational aspects of the project and escalates when planning or budget consequences arise from such decisions. The Digital CMOS IC Designer works according to the IC-Lab Quality Management system and follows the relevant design rules for the type of design and technology.
