Urgent ROLE Project Manager to work in Paris for 6 Months

An agency looking for a fantastic Digital Roll-out Project Manager to join their ranks in what is a fast growing team following the growth of a number of client portfolios to work in PARIS for 6 months. Role context: the roll-out of a digital platform in across multiple markets Your role: in charge of a portfolio of countries among a PM team (no production team to be managed, multi-disciplinary teams being managed centrally). You need to co-ordinate activities across the markets to ensure that they are ready for the roll out of the digital platform.

Responsibilities

- You facilitate client workshops, ensure project scope is defined, create and manage the project plan.
- You are ultimately responsible for planning and coordinating activities to ensure that the project goals are accomplished and client needs are met within the agreed timeframe, budget

Key Skills required

Must have:

- 5 years agency experience and a good communicator
- Strong communication and client stakeholder management skills
- Understand clients, proactively gathering information to learn about their needs and expectations.
- Waterfall project management, including risk and issues and status reporting
- Close control of scope.
- Experience demonstrating that they are alert and responsive to any information indicating a change in client expectations.
- Microsoft Project experience
- Problem solving
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Provide clear rationale and supporting data to justify recommended solutions.
- Manage conflicting demands and priorities.
- Work to the Digital agencies project processes, procedures and standards.
- Digital agency or management consultancy background
- Ability to communicate in French and English
