Urgent ODM BRM Consultant Needed

* URGENT ODM BRM CONSULTANT NEEDED.*

HOURLY RATE = 65-70 EUROS ALL IN

My global client are urgently searching for a senior ODM BRM consultant to work in the Netherlands on an assignment for minimum 3 months with an opportunity of an extension. In order to be considered you should have the following;

DESIRED COMPETENCIES (TECHNICAL/BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCY)

MUST-HAVE

- ODM/ILOG, TIBCO(OPTIONAL)
- 10+ YEARS EXPERIENCE
- Experience in setting up of BRM practice at enterprise level through a CoE like team.
- Knowledge of multiple products available in BRM in the market and their strong/weak points on different scenarios.
- Experience in working and setting up processes and operating/governance model for BRM in a large enterprise.
- Experience in clearly positioning BRM and its benefits at enterprise level.
- Ability to understand confidence and commitment within an enterprise on BRM and to come up with a maturity model as per customer needs.
- Novel ideas, for assisting adoption of BRM in an enterprise are appreciated.
- Clear knowledge of boundaries within which BRM can be leveraged by an organization.
- Experience on techniques/tools and best practices to be used for rule extraction from existing Legacy systems and their externalization.
- Interpersonal skills - collaboration in multi-vendor community, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand business scenario and quickly suggest where BRM can assist in the overall scenario.
- Knowledge of TOGAF is a plus.
- Experience in working in an SOA based enterprise.
- Defining the solution/deployment architecture
- Define the integration startegy
- Define the testing strategy
- Get involved in play back sessions with the customer
- Should be one point contact from BRMS team perspective
- Able to create BOM, XOM and B2X artifacts in Rule Designer
- Able to appropriately use rule overrides, rule dynamic selection, rule design time selection
- Able to effectively utilize input/output parameters and variable sets
- Able to create rule flows, rule tasks and determine the appropriate algorithms to be used for each task.
- Able to implement dynamic domains
- Proficiency in BAL
- Understanding of IRL
- Proficiency in JAVA and OO concepts
- Able to use rule functions
- Able to define effective project dependencies
- Able to utilize DVS for testing and simulation
- Able to create KPIs for testing and simulation
- Sound understanding and hands-on experience around business rules, internal/external services & scripts, data mapping, defining variables types, develop UIs (out of the box as well as custom UIs functionality), error handling and tracking points.

GOOD-TO-HAVE

JSCRIPT, SQL/ORACLE EXPERIENCE, INTEGRATING RULES REPOSITORY WITH EXETERNAL APPLICATIONS

STATUS REPORTING TO BOTH ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE TEAM
