Urgent: Java SOA - Banking Environment (Credit)

As Java Architect, who will be responsible for defining, implementing, enhancing, and supporting custom web access management solutions.
Play an influencing role in creating technical strategy related to SOA architecture.

Architecture and design of new information systems.
Review of the architecture of existing systems.
Design of component architecture and building blocks.
Analysis of the integration of different information systems.
Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture.
Technical interface between the delivery Manager and the developer.
Production of software architecture documents.
Assistance in the testing, the technical documentation, the deployment, the evaluation and the reporting.
Technical Lead of Development team

Must have 10+ years of actual development experience using Java technology stack.
Must have worked at least 5 years as a Lead Developer or Senior Developer on the team.
Must have some Service Oriented Architecture experience and deep knowledge.
Must have some Object Oriented Programming languages deep knowledge.
Must have some Applications design experience and deep knowledge.
Must have some API Management experience & knowledge
Must have designed, developed, and supported standards based Web Services.
Must have some interoperability technology (eg web services, message oriented Middleware, service oriented bus) experience & knowledge
Must have good understanding of building secure web applications.
Must have good understanding of performance metrics and performance tuning an application.
Must have relevant experience of technical team lead of Development team

Number of years of experience:
Seniority min 10 years in a development experience using Java JEE/SOA
Seniority min 5 years in Lead Developer or Senior Developer on the team
