Reporting to the HR Director, this varied post requires a talented recruiter to work closely alongside business heads and support ambitious global growth plans.
This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle from devising job descriptions with managers to sourcing and managing candidates through to offer stage. This will involve advertising roles, conducting interviews, managing agencies and direct sourcing.
You will be a superb communicator, who can influence effectively at all levels and can build strong relationships both internally and externally. You will have in-depth experience recruiting IT software professionals and this can be in either an in-house or agency environment.
