Urgent - Head of Customer Communications - FMCG Insights

A 12-month maternity cover contract, this position will play a crucial role in ensuring clients are able to leverage the full scope of the company's capabilities, managing the communications team to achieve best-in-class results.

Focusing on providing targeted communications with a range of world-leading businesses in a variety of sectors, it is crucial that the succesful applicant:

* Is highly analytical, with experience of utilising insights to create targeted communications
* Has experience of working within the CRM/loyalty space
* Has experience of being involved with a team focused on client services or communications
* Has been involved in campaign planning with major clients
* Has experience of putting together and implementing contact plans

Experience of mobile and social media targeting would also be advantageous.

My client provide a range of insights consultancy services to business across FMCG, General Merchandise and Retail amongst others, so experience of working in a similar environment and being comfortable working with such insights is crucial.
