My client in Brussels, Belgium is URGENTLY looking for a French Speaking SAP MM Logistics Senior Consultant/team lead with the following skills:

The main objectives of the mission are:

Detailed context

- MM module is mainly used in 6 affiliates. It is interfaced with several third-party tools (Purchasing tools, Scanning tool, Plant Maintenance tools, etc.)
- The main MM functionalities used are:

THE MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE MISSION ARE:

- Purchase to Pay process: from purchase requisitions to invoice posting
- Direct purchase on eCatalogs
- External Services and Service Entry Sheets

LOGISTICS INVOICE VERIFICATION:

- Core OCR solution for the Invoice Management
- Approval/Release workflows for purchasing documents and invoices
- Integration with HR-CATS (Cross Application Timesheet)
- Inventory management
- MRP
- A Ticketing tool (Solution Manager) is used.
- Be client oriented and pro-active.
- Work remotely with team members - regular conference call to be set-up.
- International context (English as main language).

OBJECTIVES

- Technical-Functional analysis of business needs: impact analysis, feasibility, work estimations
- Managing the business analysts for the delivery of corrective and evolutive changes (3-4 consultants)
- Responsible for the service level of the solution within his/her perimeter (MM, WM-LES, RLM, Invoice Scanning)
- Follow-up, Control & Validation of external project with impact on his/her perimeter (invoice management tool upgrade, release strategy optimization, )
- Participate to projects within Logistics & Transverse (Upgrades, Migrations, GRC, )
- Leading Workshops with key users
- Respecting the defined procedures, best practices and required documentation
- Assist the BPO in the resource management for his/her perimeter

As the BPA works in an international context, he/she will be expected to travel to the different countries in which the business is located (30-50% of his/her time).

As the BPA will also follow-up functional activities, the BPA should be able to execute following activities:

- Manage Support & maintenance of tickets: incidents and change requests for all affiliates.
- Good knowledge of the P2P Business processes,
- Challenge the requirements and propose the best solution,
- Have a significant experience (Project + Support and Maintenance) in Invoice Management solution
- Functional analysis of the business requirements: impact analysis, feasibility, workload estimation, realization.
- Write Business Blueprints and Functional Specifications.
- Perform customizing.
- Analyze workflows.
- Organize, prepare and manage testing.
- Provide assistance and training sessions to key-users and end-users.

OCCASIONAL ACTIVITIES

- Back-up of the Business Process Owner Purchasing/Procurement & Logistics

The Business Process Analyst will directly report to the Business Process Owner Purchasing/Procurement & Logistics of the One E&P Support & Maintenance organization.

COMPETENCES

The consultant should have the following competences:

- Senior knowledge of the MM module
- Experience with module WM is a plus
- Experience in IS-Oil & Gas + Experience with module RLM are both a plus
- Minimum project experience of 5-6 years (all phases) on SAP MM, Invoice Verification and Logistics à It is necessary to have recent experiences which cover the whole life cycle in SAP projects.
- Experience in day-to-day support handling (2nd and 3rd line support)
- MM (P2P) business processes knowledge.
- Integration MM-FI knowledge.
- Customizing knowledge.
- Very good English level in a professional environment: ability to lead workshops, presentations, ability to negotiate & convince business.
- Very good relational skills - Ability to independently organize necessary relations within business & IT
- Team management skills in an international multi-location setup
- High level of autonomy

START DATE: ASAP (JUNE 2017)
Duration: 31st December 2017 + Possible extensions for the whole of 2018
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Rate: Competitive Market Rate All Inclusive (Expenses Paid for Other Locations)
