The Company

My client is a global research analytics and management consultancy who provide research analysis, transaction support and insight in addition to advisory services to Global Energy Industry. The company has offices in 5 countries and is currently providing products and services in over 80 countries and almost 350 clients worldwide.

This company provides both a different and a unique perspective for the Energy markets by providing products and services focused on the Oilfield and Gas Services and Upstream Energy Technology space. This company is one of few who specialise within these markets and thus to work for this type of company will enable you to gain specialist expertise within the Energy Markets.

The Role

You will work as part of team to produce research analysis and insight into the Upstream Energy Markets specifically with a focus on Oil and Gas. The role will consist of qualitative report writing where you will conduct primary and secondary research both on markets and companies looking into Economics and Market Fundamentals including Demand, Supply, Pricing and Investment Trends. The role will also look at Quantitative analysis looking at forecasting and predicting future market trends and information.

The role will involve direct exposure to key industry professionals and will require a candidate with a gravitas and ability to build relationships with key companies and personnel.

You Will Have:

* Strong 1st Class or 2.1 degree from a Top Tier University
* A degree in Economics, Mathematics or another Numerate Degree is Essential.
* Experience within the Upstream Energy Industries are essential (This will be at another Management Consultancy / Research House or from within Industry).
* Strong analytical, written, communication and verbal skills are Essential.
* Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
* Multiple Languages will be a bonus.
