UPK & E-LEARNING DEVELOPER/ORACLE/E-LEARNING

Our client based in Essex is currently looking for 3 experienced UPK & E-learning Developer to join their team on an initial 4 month contract.

Our client is undergoing the largest transformation programme of its kind in the UK and technology is recognised as being strategically critical to this innovative and radical transformation.

As a UPK & eLearning Developer/UPK & eLearning specialist, you will be required to contribute to the design, development and delivery of TCS Training interventions for all releases including face to face and alternative methods such as webinars and video-bites, in support of rollouts of new and upgraded corporate systems that will contribute to the successful development of user knowledge, confidence, adoption and best practice.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Contribute to the design, development and implementation of a high quality training solution
- Develop a solution to enhance employees' system usage effectiveness and satisfaction
- Contribute to the design of training assessment/evaluation methods.
- Input into employee communications for TCS (One, Plus One, Intranet )
- Undertake design, development and delivery of UPK content and eLearning modules
- Manage production and distribution of training materials to employees via UPK/Taleo Learn

- Thinking creatively, challenging the norms, and constructively challenging those around them (including those more senior) to ensure continuous improvement and commercial astuteness, and inspire the same in colleagues.
- Work as part of project or process teams as required under the new operating model, ensuring excellent cross functional output.
