IHRE AUFGABEN
- Observe and analyse procurement markets
- Supplier-selection and –evaluation
- Build up long-term co-operations to suppliers
- Early bundling of demands on goods and services for the company
- Request for information/quotations (RFI/RFQ) execute and run tenders
- Negotiate with suppliers and close (frame)contracts
- Strong communication with requesting Units
- Order-confirmation – control of delivery – handle complaints / reminder
- Use and evaluate procurement processes and tools (eg. SAP, Indicium, eProcurement, Spend Cube)
