My client, a major international organisation, is actively looking for a Unix technical application support professional to join their team.
This is a great long term assignment where you will be working for a multi nation IT service provider based in Amsterdam. You will be responsible for the installations and configurations of the applications on the Unix platform. We are looking for someone who is extremely knowledgeable around unix.

To be considered for this Unix technical support position you will have:-

* Experience in working in large IT projects
* Solid background in 3rd line support activities that are in line with the OS performed in complex IT environments.
* Education level; Bachelor.
* Good knowledge of English language (verbal & written).
* Operational experience with ITIL processes.
* Prepared to work during evenings and weekends (execution of changes).
