Unix Systems Administrator (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Provide Unix Support for the Global Unix estate of around 5000+ servers
-Provide dedicated support to all "Change the Bank" and "Run the Bank" activities for In-house Global Unix infrastructure
-Keep the UNIX environment compliant with the technology roadmap, such as Operating System & hardware upgrades, 3rd party software upgrades, etc...
-Provide rapid response to incidents
-Work closely with UNIX Engineering and third party vendors
-Interface with IT and business clients at all levels of the organization
-Follow the sun model regarding support

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Profound experience with Linux and Oracle Solaris
-Profound experience with systems administration: upgrades, patching and configuration management, performance management, troubleshooting, analysis and capacity planning
-In-depth experience with VERITAS products (Cluster and Volume management) on Solaris
-Experience in working with EMC storage replication technologies on Solaris and LINUX, with skill set to cover other storage technologies
-Strong Networking and advanced systems tuning skills and know-how regarding network topology and firewalled environments
