Description:
Manage operational and support responsibilities for numerous critical services supporting the software engineering environment. You will be expected to support and troubleshoot existing systems, solve technical challenges, and enhance the reliability and performance for the services. Environment is Linux.
Requirements:
Linux System admin (Min 7 years experience)
Level 3 Tech Support experience
Strong communication skills
Scripting and a solid understanding the Software Development process is a must
Knowledge of Clearcase/GIT/Powerforce/ElectricCommander or similar tools desirable
Act as change agent to evolve existing Engineering Compute standards (globally) to meet specific/updated business requirements.
Manage multiple concurrent projects with strong communication, written, customer service and organizational skills. Presentation skills a plus.
Education:
Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science or equivalent experience
