Unix Oracle Production Support Lead - Consulting firm Unix Oracle Production Support Lead
Six Month Contract
South Dublin
Major consulting firm in South Dublin seeking to recruit an experienced Unix Oracle Production Support Lead as there organisation experiences continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
. Serve as Third Level Support Executive for the organisations clients in order to provide an end-to-end solution to the issue at hand.
. Formulate technical action plans for analysing and resolving recurring problems, provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for highly complex and large technical issues, review impact analysis done by team, prioritize issues and ensure SLA adherence.
. Establish & develop strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Key Competencies and Experience
. Experience of working on both Production Support and Maintenance programs in Banking or similar industries.
. Familiarity with structured SDLC/Agile methodologies.
. Manage Day to Day management of the incident tickets using Remedy Tool
. Writing SQL reports for business queries
. Support Performance Testing of the Application
. Solid communication and team player skills with ability to actively participate in solution design and problem solving.

HP UNIX, Oracle database, PL/SQL, Remedy, CA-Wily APM
