Unix/Linux System Administrator Job

UNIX/LINUX SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Washington DC.

Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Experience with providing Enterprise level Unix/Linux Administration Support
- Experience with O&M of Administrative Systems
- Ability to provide on-call support

What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide desk side support for users on Microsoft Operating System
- Troubleshoot desktop/laptop computers, printers, BB, mobile devices etc
- Work independently or part of a team in troubleshooting and/or escalating tickets.

What You Need to Bring to the Table
- Five (5) Years experience with Linux/Unix System Administration
- Operating Systems: Red Hat Enterprise Linux or clones, Solaris 1
- Virtualization: Zen (Oracle VM for x86), Solaris Zones and LDOMs
- Hardware: Oracle/Sun SPARC and x86 Servers
- Scripting and task automation
- Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, Firewalls, load balancers and Switches
- Vulnerability assessment and remediation

- ATF Suitability clearanc
- Oracle Fusion Middleware (ADF, SOA, UCM, OBI, OID, OVD
- Apache or Oracle HTTP Server (OHS
- Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM
- Oracle Exadata
- Configuration Management tools, preferably Serena Dimensions CM
