Unix/Linux Admin Support Officer

- Initial 6 month contract
- Parramatta location!

One of our key clients is currently seeking a UNIX/Linux Admin Support Officer to join their team for an initial 6 month contract located at Parramatta.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Administration experience with the following operating systems, Solaris 8 to 10, RedHat and AIX.
- Experience with SAN storage IBM DS4800 and IBM N-Series 6040
- Extensive experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
- Experience installing, configuring and managing the above operating systems
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to converse with clients at all levels in a non-technical matter, in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to read & understand high and low level design and provide timely feedback.
- The person must be willing to undertake a Security Clearance.
