UNIVERSITY RECRUITER needed for a long term contract opportunity with SAP AMERICA located in PALO ALTO, CA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The Early Talent (University) Recruiter is responsible for executing the university recruiting strategy for the North American region, with a focus on hiring interns and graduates into technical roles (development and design roles). The person will help shape the direction of the internship and graduate recruiting programs within various lines of business.
- Full- cycle recruiting experience; with an understanding and ability to recruit the passive candidate.
- Ensure the implementation and execution of the recruitment function (sourcing, screening, submitting, interviewing and closing) of candidates that meet or exceed hiring targets.
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely communication during the staffing process, resulting in a professional and efficient process.
- Build and maintain a relationship with all areas within the university, from career offices, student clubs, to faculty.
- Assist lines of business with executing recruiting plans on campus; 20% local travel to career fairs, conferences, events.
- Scheduling campus events and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Creative with program ideas and execution for special recruiting initiatives or branding efforts.
- The person will be responsible for building solid relationships, both within the organization and outside as it pertains to university programs. Must possess the ability to understand the corporate business operations and translate them into successful recruiting strategies and action.
- This role will require the person to be accountable, high energy and a collaborative team player, yet the ability to work independently in a decentralized organization. Consulting with multiple areas, such as, the HR Business Partner community is imperative as a way of meeting the demand of the customers.
- Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of top talent, companies, competitive industries and trends.
- Creative with program ideas and execution for special recruiting initiatives or branding efforts.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Ability to manage multiple projects and while maintaining a requisition load.
- Strong communication, organization and negotiation skills.
- Must have the experience with building pipeline and engaging the passive candidates.
- Creative problem solving and collaboration is a must.
- This individual must have recruiting experience - preferably in university recruiting focusing on technical roles (development and design).
