The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:
- HR Program or University Recruiting
- Recruiting events and interviews
- Tools, Metrics Data and Trends
What You'll Be Doing:
- Management of requisitions, and the needed processes for hiring
- Serve as the internal point of contact for client groups
- Act as a talent advisor to the hiring groups, and coach to the candidates
- Work with many global partners and fellow team members in ensuring best in class processes
- Maintain data and metrics on recruiting data.
- Work with the greater Early Talent team in program design for new teams wishing to engage students.
- Partner with staffing peers to ensure intern recruitment exhibits global consistency.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Two to three (2 - 3) years of HR Program experience or three to five (3 - 5) years University recruiting experience.
- Ability to successfully plan and host recruiting related events and interviews
- Strong analytic skills; ability to work with tools, metrics data and trends
- Ability to partner and communicate with people across all levels and organizations
- Out of the box thinker who is able to excel in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Previous recruiting experience (university preferred)
