UNIVERSITY GRADUATE RECRUITER WANTED FOR OUR ZURICH BASED CLIENT.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent working experience in the related field
- Expertise in campus recruiting and working with candidates from different backgrounds
- Familiarity with improving the customer experience as well as competency of using analysis to drive recommendations and implement solutions to promote ongoing improvements to companies' recruitment efforts
- Excellent communication- and organisation skills and ability to create strong working relationships with cross-functional teams
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Managing the candidate recruitment process and delivering results in a fast-paced setting
- Keeping candidates informed throughout the hiring process
- Partnering with University Programs and establishing targeted on-campus events to drive pipeline growth
- Solving problems and producing solutions by collecting and analysing data including identifying alternatives and seeking out additional responsibilities
- Working through challenging problems, making appropriate decisions and pursuing innovative solutions
