Unit Manager - Neurological Care

My client is an independent care group specialising in the provision of care for a wide ranging group of people including people with learning disabilities and those with neurological disorders.

They have a really interesting opportunity for an experienced Interim Manager to work with the General Manager to ensure the highest standard of care and operational management exits in their facilities. The facility in question is responsible for delivering care to people with neurological disorders.

The successful candidate must have had previous experience in running similar homes and hospital units and will ideally have a background in nursing. The successful candidate needs to be a strong leader and will be able to make tough decisions where appropriate. The successful candidate will ensure the safe running of the facility and that standards are always maintained.
