Unified Communications Technical Engineer (2nd Line) - Oxford (Occasional Home Working - £45,000

A fantastic opportunity has arisen working for a telecoms company based in Oxford as a Unified Communications Technical Support Engineer. As UC Technical Support you will deliver 2nd line technical support to customers of "Unified Communications" technologies, typically Cisco telephony, voice messaging presence and contact centre solutions in line with business standards and processes. You will resolve technical issues for customers and be a strong team player of the UC Technical Support Team providing 24/7 service to customers. You will deal with requests in line with service level agreements (SLA's) and manage communication to customer incidents effectively. Technical skills required: - 3 years+ experience working with UC products in a support environment - Experience and knowledge of at least 4 of the following Cisco UC products, CUCM, CUCME, Unity, Unity Connection, UCCX, Presence, H323, MGCP, SIP, Tandberg, Meetingplace, IPFX, ARC, CUxAC - Cisco certified to a minimum of CCVP Voice level - Good communication skills - Good customer facing experience This role will be based in Oxford, with some occasional client visits and home working.
