UNIFIED COMMS ENGINEER/VOICE ENGINEER - CISCO COLLABORATION - GERMAN SPEAKER

My client, a Global Telecoms Service Provider is currently looking for an experienced Unified Comms/Voice engineer for a long term project based in Germany.

THE ROLE ENTAILS:

- Supporting customer requirements and design workshops.
- Authoring and delivering Client documents such as high and low-level designs, test plans and migration plans.
- Implementing and testing the client's collaboration solutions.
- Supporting and troubleshooting issues.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- Expert level Cisco collaboration skills, should be comfortable with all areas of designing, deploying and operating a large scale Cisco IP telephony and video solution.
- Strong consulting and communication skills
- 5+ years Cisco collaboration experience, of which at least two years should have been in a design role.
- Capable of working on large scale transformational IT projects which involve highly complex Cisco collaboration solutions.
- Excellent communication skills are required to build effective relationships both internally and externally.
- Must have consultative experience and possess the ability to facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with an emphasis on understanding business requirements and transforming them into technical deliverables.
- FLUENT GERMAN AND ENGLISH SPEAKER REQUIRED.
