Unified Comm. & Collaboration Architect (Brussels)

Je functie: Within a Shared Service Centre based in Brussels, the Collaboration Asset Management team is implementing innovative communication solutions that will enable our Business lines to improve productivity and efficiency
Three main technologies are involved :
1 - Real Time Collaboration
2 - Collaborative Space
3 - Corporate Social Network
The Collaboration Asset Management team is a part of the Shared Service Centre "Messaging & Collaboration", which delivers services to the whole
group worldwide.
The team is looking for enthusiastic team members eager to architect and engineer the next evolution of the new Real Time Unified Communication and Collaboration
infrastructure (based on IBM Sametime)

Function Description:
The Unified Communication and Collaboration architect will be a core member of the Collaboration Asset Management team. Within a business project, H e/she will
be responsible for designing the evolution of the Real time collaboration platform in order to respond to the business need (regarding SLAs, resilience need, failover..)
Responsibilities include conceptual design, solution design and implementation of Real Time collaboration platform that will interact with IPT Voice, systems, mobility
solution, CRM application, Contact Centre Technologies, internal employees and external clients.
Immediate projects include:
- Extend real time collaboration to internet users
- Real Time collaboration on smartphones and tablet
- Integrate presence and chat on business applications

Job responsibilities:
- Sametime 9 technical expertise on the project
- Accountability for key architecture deliverables in the evolution of the new IBM Sametime 9 platform for a Retail Banking Projet
- Accountability for the evolution of the Sametime 9 Client (Rich and Web) for the project
- participate to "Business" meetings/workshops (functional)
- Lead/Contribute and participate to company /Telecom/security/Workstations meetings/Workshops (technical)
- Lead/Contribute and participate to Company/IBM meetings/Workshops (technical)

Travel:
Paris up to twice a month
Occasional overnight stay may be required

Experience
The qualified candidate must have a minimum of 5-10 years hands on experience in the engineering and architecture of leading Unified Collaboration and
Communication Solutions within large and complex organizations, mainly on IBM SAMETIME technology.

Technical Experience
Mandatory
- Provide leadership guidance over installation, configuration, integration, customization, deployment, administration and

life cycle management of IBM Sametime.
- IPv4 addressing, Subnetting, NAT, PAT, DNS, Proxy
- QoS for Real Time communication
- Deep knowledge of Real Time protocols (SIP, H.323,MGCP, XMPP, RTP, RTCP…)

Preferable
- Understanding & experience in implementing, operating, configuring, and troubleshooting a converged IP network
- Experience in Alcatel Telephony (OXE), Cisco CUCM and UCCE and/or MS Lync/OCS considered an asset.
- Hands on knowledge of SIP Proxies, and SIP routers
- Knowledge on network technologies, IT systems and related processes (ITIL) is an advantage.
