Unica Campaign Analyst

Exciting opportunity for a Campaign Analyst within the Group Marketing department for the world's largest consumer co-operative to deliver value adding multi channel direct marketing campaigns for Group Businesses.

*Develop and produce targeted customer selections to drive incremental spend and increase customer engagement with our family of businesses
*Complete detailed marketing projects, from involvement in scoping customer propositions and assisting in pre-campaign analysis, to campaign implementation and delivery, to ensuring robust reporting and post-analysis is undertaken and recommendations are acted upon.

As our Campaign Analyst, using best of breed campaign analytical tools, you'll use customer insight to develop and execute robust Direct Marketing campaigns. You will support the delivery of the customer marketing plan and help drive value through targeted multi channel customer communications. You'll develop a solid understanding of business unit's requirements and help to produce and develop marketing campaigns to support tactical and strategic requirements. We'll also require you to identify opportunities to share insight across marketing teams within the business, to ensure that insight is used to inform business decisions and to gain the maximum commercial advantage.

In order to be successful you'll need to have
* Track record of supporting the management and delivery of analysis and campaigns
* SAS programming experience is essential, Unica (Affinium) is also highly desirable, SQL, Business Objects, Access, Excel are also beneficial
* Excellent Written and Oral Communication skills
* Good understanding on strategic best practice
* Excellent analytical skills
* Sound commercial awareness and understanding of the broader consumer context
