Unclaimed Property Audit Manager

DESCRIPTION:
This position is to span across all industries and reside in our Performance consulting group. The position should be a Manager level role that has experience in unclaimed property matters, especially driving unclaimed property audits across all industries.

JOB DUTIES:
Assist companies with multi-state unclaimed property matters including audit defense, voluntary compliance, annual reporting, developing policies and procedures, and consulting.
Assist companies with multi-state unclaimed property audits which includes preparing clients for discussions with auditors, review document requests, review audit assessments, and representing the client at meetings.
Supervise, mentor, and develop staff.

SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in Accounting and/or Finance.
Three to five years of unclaimed property, state government audit, or auditing experience.
Strong analytical, comprehension and problem solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment.
