UMTS/RF Optimisation Engineer - RAB services, OSS - Contract Work - Dallas, Texas USA

We are currently recruiting for a UMTS Optimisation Engineer on behalf of a world-wide Mobile Network Services Provider. This is an on-going contract opportunity based in Dallas, Texas USA.

Our client are looking for RF Engineers with extensive experience in Optimisation, with at least 3 years in UMTS Optimisation with the different RAB services (CS, PS, HSDPA, EUL). This is an excellent opportunity to work on a long term basis in America.

Other skills we are looking for:
-Optimising network using statistics
-Experience using the following OSS tools (WRNO, RAN Explorer, Element Manager etc)
-Experienced in dealing with live data and tools
-Business Objects experience is preferred
-Must be familiar with the RAN features in UMTS (P6 preferred)
-Team leading experience in at least two projects
-Excellent written and spoken communication skills
