UMTS RF Optimisation Engineer (3G/UMTS/NSN) required by leading telecommunications on a 3 monthly rolling contract in Baku, Azerbaijan.
You must have a minimum of 5 years optimisation experience with NSN equipment. You will be based in Baku with limited travel to other Northern CIS Countries. Russian speaker is a must for this role.
Experience in UMTS Planning and Optimisation
Knowledge of UMTS Protocols
Knowledge of UMTS System hardware
Understanding of Radio fundamentals such as Link budgets and propagation
