Umbraco Developer (Umbraco 6| HTML 5 | CSS)

My client are a large global market- leading organisation based in the West Midlands area. They are seeking a Umbraco Developer contractor to join them on a 6-12 month assignment, the rate being offered is competitive.

The Role:

The role has come about due to business expansion and you will be required to provide subject matter expertise and help with the creation of 5 new sites (each with different content and different language),sites are built in Umbraco (version 6)

Initially the work will consist of content uploading into existing templates. However once this is done there will be an opportunity to develop new templates and widgets for the Umbraco instances.

You will to work with both the Marketing team and IT team and be able to work to high pressure and short timescales

Experience required:

Essential:

*In depth knowledge of Umbraco 6
*Able to build, support and troubleshoot Umbraco
*Able to develop using HTML5 ensuring it is a responsive design for computer, mobile & tablet
*Extensive knowledge of CSS
*Strong ability to create new templates (both working to a design or designing it yourself) and alter existing templates for Umbraco

Any additional skills in the following areas would be advantageous:

*Knowledge in WordPress (ability to administer, build templates etc)
*C#.net coding skills
*MS SQL Database skills
