UK Operations Team Manaager - Drilling & Completion Fluids & Fluids Environmental services

ABOUT THIS JOBThe UK Operations Team Manager will play a critical role in people and customer management. He or she will have to Work directly for the UK Operation manager. This role provides a strong opportunity for career progression and is ideally suitable for someone who is ambitious. He or she must be an innovative thinker who is looking for an opportunity to shape and drive business strategy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

* Customer Contract Execution and Service Delivery (Drilling Fluids)
* Inventory, Forecasting & Planning
* Optimising field pool utilisation
* Lead a team of coordinators
* P&L Contribution
* Responsible for employee development
* Speaking with customers and meeting customer needs and requirements

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

* Leadership and team building skills
* A strong understanding of customer relationship management and service delivery
* Fundamental business acumen
* Knowledge and relevent experience with Drilling and Completion fluids and/or Fluids enviromental services

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

* UK drivers licence
* Prior experience of financial management
* Prior experience of P&L responsibility
