UK Digital Marketing Specialist - Creative Team

UK DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for the creation of a wide portfolio of onsite, email and display campaigns including vertical, retail & seasonal events (eg Christmas, iPhone 7 launch), Mobile app promotions, Consumer to Consumer selling.
- Brief and manage agencies to develop creatives based on consumer insight and fitting with brand guidelines
- Conduct consumer research where applicable to validate creatives and claims
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of campaigns and development of optimization strategies to improve campaign efficiency
- Plan campaign weighting with business teams to optimise visibility and with central Relationship Marketing for technical support
- Collaborate with in country Marketing & Marketplaces teams to understand business strategy, the target consumer, the competitive landscape and translate this into digital Marketing activity.
- Strong cross-country collaboration with team leads based in Zurich, operational team in Prague and German Creative Team members in Berlin.
- Identify industry best practice within Digital Marketing and benchmark own initiatives against competition.
- Part of a wider team and will be encouraged and expected to contribute to broader discussions about Digital Marketing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Experience in online marketing, proven by previous role at E-commerce player or online marketing agency:

- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Independent and creative problem solver, who is passionate about enhancing the user experience
- Strong in cooperation and coordinating multiple stakeholders within a large set of different projects.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
- Flexible during times of change
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- University degree required plus 2+ years of direct work experience
- Experience in online marketing
- Background in retail helpful, but not critical
