Lead UX User Experience Designer

Our client is looking for a Lead User Experience Designer for a 6-12 month contract position. The ideal candidate will have a natural curiosity and be able to motivate and lead with ease. This person will have a collaborative spirit and be able to pull people together within a highly political environment. You will not only have strong interaction design experience, but also possess amazing soft skills. You should also have proven success in creative direction, leading internal and external design teams. Lastly, any large company, co-branded websites with B-to-B and B-to-C platforms Familiarity with the employee benefits industry a major plus.

Creativity, imagination, and a sense of humor complete the package!

- 10+ years of experience as an information architect, interaction designer, experience designer or a similar role.
- Exceptional story telling and collaboration skills
- Familiar with Fireworks
- 2 week design sessions
- Ability to lead designers in a cross functional team

Degree in a related field. Proven success in a creative direction.

Familiar with Fireworks and IBM BPM is a plus!
